Ray Sidler

Ray Sidler is a senior management executive with 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications, data center and managed IT services space. Since co-founding DataVerge in 2003 alongside COO Ruben Magurdumov, Ray has served as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), charting the vision for securing, developing and growing the most connected and the only carrier-neutral data center in Brooklyn today.

In 2010 Ray and Ruben led the company’s acquisition of a 35,000 sq. ft. data center space at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY, and a 10,000 sq. ft data center space in Jersey City, NJ. From there, the experienced executive duo has spearheaded DataVerge’s strategic transformation into the only carrier-neutral Interconnected Hub in Brooklyn, with direct access to over 30 carriers and network providers; with on-ramps to major cloud providers.
